Home Park is the obvious one from here. We keep to the outer paths when the palace is busy with visitors, and cut across the middle when it isn't.
Weekends and event days around the palace get busy, but weekday collections here are straightforward.

Is Home Park too busy for a walk
Not on a weekday. The visitors stay close to the palace and gardens, and the walking ground is well away from that.
Do you walk on the towpath
Sometimes, for dogs who prefer a lead walk with plenty to sniff rather than open space.
Can you do a shorter visit instead of a full walk
Yes. A half hour is the shortest I do, solo or group, and for some dogs that's plenty.
